Future Care and International SOS Have Formed a Strategic Joint Venture

As a result of the JV Future Care has ownership of Medsea, the International SOS maritime subsidiary and successful provider of medical management services to clients world-wide.

The Future Care and Medsea teams, led by Christina DeSimone, CEO Future Care, will unite Future Care’s years of experience in bringing medical case management and audit services to the maritime industry with International SOS’ global provider network. The JV will deliver world-class telemedical assistance and onshore medical management services to seafarers, shipowners and their insurers across the spectrum of the commercial and yachting community.
